Biiniibii was at the forefront of a turn-key digital overhaul of the Medical Research Council’s fleet operations. We delivered an integrated Fleet Management ERP that re-engineered core transport workflows, covering vehicle booking, garage operations, and fuel management. The system eliminated manual inefficiencies, enabled real-time operational visibility, and significantly reduced operational costs. It also provided the Council with a clearer, data-driven budget outlook for transport-related spending. Designed for scale and resilience, the platform marked a critical shift in how logistics and mobility are managed within the organization.

Biiniibii is leading the development of a turn-key Contracts Management System for the National Roads Authority (NRA). This digital platform is designed to streamline the full lifecycle of infrastructure contracts—from initiation and evaluation to execution, compliance, and closure. The solution enhances transparency, automates key workflows, and strengthens governance across NRA’s national infrastructure portfolio. The project is being implemented under the supervision of SAUDCONSULT, with financial backing from the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFED) and the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA). This structure ensures international oversight, financial accountability, and results-based execution.
